JERSEY CITY, NJ…Wednesday’s non-conference baseball game between New Jersey City University and the College of Mount Saint Vincent has been postponed because of poor field conditions following several days of rain, as well as more forecasted rain for today. There is no makeup date scheduled thus far. It is the fourth postponement of the 2009 season for the Gothic Knights.
 
NJCU, coming off a 9-8 win at Rowan University on April 19, is back in action on Thursday, April 23 at 3:30 p.m. when it hosts Rutgers-Newark in a New Jersey Athletic Conference home game at the Thomas M. Gerrity Athletic Complex.

Bowling, 3 Final Fours
The NJCU Women's Bowling teams has been to the National Collegiate Final Four three times in the first six years of the championship's history. NJCU appeared in 2004, 2006, and 2008, finishing 3rd in 2004 and 2008. NJCU also was fifth in 2005 and 2009.
Men's Basketball NJAC titles
NJCU has won a record 11 New Jersey Athletic Conference championships in men's basketball. Rowan has won 10 and William Paterson 9.
Women's Volleyball, 2005 Champions

When the NJCU Women's Volleyball team won the 2005 New Jersey Athletic Conference championship, they became the first Gothic Knight team to win an NJAC women's title.
