JERSEY CITY, NJ (www.NJCUGothicKnights.com)...The New Jersey Athletic Conference men’s soccer game between New Jersey City University and Rutgers University-Camden scheduled for Saturday, October 24 at 1 p.m. in Jersey City has been postponed due to forecasted heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The schools will now play on Monday, October 26 at 3:30 p.m. at NJCU’s Robert L. McNulty Memorial Soccer Field. NJCU (6-8-2) is 4-2-1 at home this year. This is the second consecutive weekend that the men’s soccer team has had a weekend game washed out; its October 17 road game at Rowan University was postponed and played three days later. The Scarlet Raptors will enter at 7-8-3 overall and 2-3-2 in the league.
